Our Approach.
View galleryThe project was split into 2 separate Contracts with differing Contractors, the first being enabling works to form additional car parking and diverting of service mains to the existing retail park. The second Contract was for the erection of the building , formation of yard areas and additional car parking. Our approach had to be the successful integration of the Contracts with the constrains of a tight Contract period.
